When can i expect my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll have it on its way with Australia Post within 2–3 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox, we’ll send you all the shipping details and tracking info so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

When will my click and collect order be ready?

As soon as your Click & Collect order is placed and you receive your confirmation email, I’ll get started on preparing it for you right away. I’ll do my best to have it ready as quickly as possible!

Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm.

For your convenience, a contactless pickup option is also available.

Can i return my order if i change my mind?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind at this time, so we encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

When your order arrives, please take a moment to check it over. If anything is missing, damaged, or not quite right, let us know within 3 business days so we can make it right for you.

If you discover a defect when opening your product, we kindly ask that you share a photo or video with us so we can quickly sort things out.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping but as Complikated Artistry grows, expanding our shipping options is something we’re really looking forward to in the future.
